I have been buying and selling on eBay for over 18 years and have maintained a 100% Positive Feedback throughout that time.  I do this by making a reasonable good faith effort to ensure satisfaction, and I want my buyers to be happy with their purchase.  I always try to represent each item as fairly and accurately as possible.  Please take time to read the item description and all of the terms of sale carefully. Please examine the photos and be sure to ask any questions you may have before bidding.

TERMS OF SALE :

DESCRIPTION & ITEM CONDITION:

I sell most of my items 'as-is/as-shown/as-described' due to the nature of used things (especially in the case of electrical or mechanical items) and because I cannot guarantee the item will work in your particular application.

If an item is depicted as tested in some manner, this is for reference only, and does not represent a guarantee of operation.

Unless a specific aspect of the item is stated explicitly in the listing, please make no assumptions (IE, what you see is what you get).

If you bid on the item, you certify that you are willing to accept the item as-is, as-shown, having no guarantee of operation or ongoing function.

I do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason.

If you need specific information, please contact me well in advance of the end of a listing and I will do my best to answer any questions you may have.

SHIPPING:

I pack every item I ship with all due care.  If an item is damaged in shipping, the buyer may claim the loss or damage against insurance.

My guarantee to you is that you will get the item or lot as-shown and as-described in the listing, and that it will arrive to you in the same condition it left me.

I will only ship to a confirmed PayPal shipping address.

I will not violate Postal Service regulations.

I charge the exact amount shown by the eBay shipping calculator in the listing; please check the drop-down options as sometimes there is more than one option offered.  If you think the calculated charges are in error, please contact me and I will check to make sure there has not been an error made.

When you check out, there may be several options listed for shipping; in this case please choose the appropriate method (FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes).

I reserve the right to alter the shipping method at my convenience.  There will never be an added charge to you when this happens, and in many cases you may get expedited shipping as a result.

SAFETY:

Safety Disclaimer - Seller assumes no responsibility for damage to property or persons due to improper or unsafe use of items purchased .  Buyer assumes all responsibilities for proper, safe, and legal use of items purchased.

PAYMENT:

Immediate payment is strongly preferred, as it allows me to pack and ship more quickly.  I do most of my packing/labeling on the weekends when I have more time, and a non-immediate payment can delay shipment considerably.

** Once you have won the bid, you are required to remit payment within 48 hours .  If there will be a delay beyond the 48 hour period, please contact me to let me know there will be a delay.  If payment is not received within 48 hours, a non-payment case will be opened on the transaction, and you will be notified by eBay. **

I will not permit a payment delay of longer one week of the sale date in any case.  After one week of non-payment, the sale will be cancelled and the item relisted; there will be no exceptions to this policy.

By placing a bid on this auction, you certify that you have read and agreed to all of the terms stated above, without exception.

Thanks for looking, and happy bidding!
