Description
JACK INTVELD - "I'll Sing Of Life". (stereo; 1978). Excellent private prog folk psych LP with a raw edge influenced by YES. Jack was an 18 year old High School senior in Irondale, Minnesota when he made this LP. He borrowed the money from his parents and produced 100 copies with the intent to sell enough of them to pay back the loan and use a few for promotion to the local radio stations. He wrote all of the songs, played all of the instruments; guitars, keyboards, bass, harmonica, percussion, vocals (except the drums); and did his own production and mixing. Cuts: "Never mind, Through your window, Circles, Stargazer, The lake (Edgar Allan Poe), To my friends, Phantasies, Soaring". Comes with a 4-sided fold-open lyric insert with pix of Jack and very cool art. We purchased all of the remaining sealed copies from Jack in 1990 and none remain. This is our last copy. *Vinyl is VG+, shiny bright with light surface marks, plays clean. Cool cover has slight ring wear.
