This is  a promotional 78 RPM on on Kapp K-1019 Philipines issue released in 1962.

Visually shellac is near mint ,with a couple of minor scuff marks.  

Neither of these 2 songs was ever released as a single  K-1019 is not a uS 45 RPM .

Found on his Kapp LP LP1292 .
