Description

JACK MONTGOMERY "My Dear Beloved"/"Do You Believe It" on Scepter SCE 12152. This is the extermely rare "My Dear Beloved" alternate title release. My Dear Beloved

Jack Montgomery is a lesser known Detroit artist due to the fact that he never released on any of the more influential Detroit labels and was a name shrouded in mystery for a time. Jack's real name is in fact Marvin Jones, and he was given his artist name by the producer of this record, Don Mancha. Don and Jack travelled to New York to cut this record at Scepter studios. This track is a wonderful arrangment with big time major label quality. The reason for the alternate title of this rarest release is unknown.
