  • 16-page illustrated booklet containing rarely seen stills from the film, insightful notes by director Miloš Forman, and an essay on Nitzsche by documentarian Kristian St. Clair

The Album is Pressed On High-Quality 180-Gram Vinyl. Remastered Album With All Original Artwork in 2015.
