Description

This is lot consisting of FOUR U.S. ISSUE LPS dating from between 1960 and 1964 from rockabilly legend Jack Scott - Details are as follows:
1)  An ORIGINAL 1960 DEEP GROOVE CARLTON RECORDS U.S. MONO LP titled 'What Am I Living For'  - Twelve tracks - Carlton Records U.S. catalog number 12/122, thick rigid heavy vinyl deep groove pressing.  Record comes packaged inside the cover in a plain white inner sleeve.  Condition of record is VG with most original gloss and a few visible surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play and a couple of surface scratches which may cause a couple of slight ticks, no skips.  Condition of cover is also VG with a 3" split in the right side of the top edge which I have repaired by carefully and neatly taping from the inside, and there is also the very small beginning of a split at the lower right corner.  Cover also has a littlle light staining from exposure to moisture at one upper corner, some writing along the top edge of the back cover, some contact wear, and some wear along the edges and on the corners.
2)  An ORIGINAL 1960 DEEP GROOVE TOP RANK INTERNATIONAL RECORDS U.S. MONO LP titled 'What In the World's Come Over You'  -Twelve tracks - Top Rank International Records U.S. catalog number RM 326, thick rigid heavy vinyl deep groove pressing.  Record comes packaged inside the cover in a plain white inner sleeve.  Condition of record is VG with most original gloss and a few visible surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play and one light surface scratch which can barely be felt and which may cause a couple of slight ticks, no skips - This deep groove heavy vinyl record plays very nicely with a little bit of very light scattered surface noise.  Condition of cover is also VG with the main flaw being some damage from exposure to moisture at one corner resulting in some wrinkles in the front cover slick near the lower left corner of the front cover and some brown staining near the lower right corner of the back cover slick.  There is also a 3" split in the middle of the bottom edge which I have repaired by carefully and neatly taping from the inside, and there is also the very small beginning of a split at the upper right corner.  Cover also has a small amount of contact wear and some wear along the edges and on the corners.
3)  An ORIGINAL 1964 CAPITOL RECORDS U.S. MONO LP titled 'Burning Bridges'  -Twelve tracks - Capitol Records U.S. catalog number T 2035, rigid pressing.  Record comes packaged inside the cover in a stocl Capitol Records inner sleeve with pictures of other then-current Capitol Records LP releases.  Condition of record is a SOLID NM with all original gloss and no visible surface marks.  Condition of cover is a high VG+ with the main flaw being a littlle light staining from exposure to moisture at one lower corner.  There is also a small amount of ring and contact wear and a little wear along the edges and on the corners.
