Description
This is a very rare original MONO pressing of the excellent STEEPLECHASE LP by JACKIE MCLEAN on New Jazz Records (NJLP 8290) from 1963. A fantastic jazz record from this legendary artist. The vinyl is in VG/VG- condition with lots of light surface marks and wear and some audible surface noise (light crackle); not for the most demanding audiophiles, but an enjoyable copy without skips or other anomalies like prominent clicks, pops, etc, (i.e. sounds better than it looks). The cover is in VG/VG+ condition with a few minor scuffs and dings, as pictured. Don't pass up a rare gem like this!
