original vinyl LP. play tested. Matrix BNLP 4165 A/B. VAN GELDER in stamped letters. 'ear' mark. Side 1. many light visible scratches. Track 1) light surface sound at start which largely disappears as sound rises then plays through track okay. some minor sound between tracks... Track 2) plays fine. run off good. Side 2. many light visible scratches. some very light crackle in background which disappears as sound rises. Despite the appearance of the vinyl Side 2 plays fine EXCEPT there is a feelable scratch that produces a repetitive click for approx 40 revolutions (a little over a minute). Annoying but for myself not the end of the world. All in all apart from the aforementioned flaw whilst not of collector standard this is a reasonable 'filler' that I enjoyed playing. Uncleaned as I have no machine. The cover is in pretty good condition. a bit surface rubbed. no splits. closed corner edges a little worn. two small back stickers.
