Description

Please read my description carefully before bidding.  I will ship the item worldwide and will accept a free return if it doesn't match the listing description.

This one is an original mono pressing of Jackie McLean 's 4, 5 and 6. Prestige Records PRLP-7048. The is an original issue from Prestige Records, not a reissue version.  Recorded by Rudy Van Gelder with "RVG" etched on the dead wax of both sides.  Deep Groove on both labels.  Very hard to find and is one of the most expensive Prestige LP in terms of price on the collectible market.  My most favorite Jackie McLean's.  For me, this album is among the best hard bob LPs ever recorded.

Jackie McLean (alto saxophone), Mal Waldron (piano), Doug Watkins (bass), Art Taylor (drums), Donald Byrd (trumpet), Hank Mobley (tenor saxophone).

I've listened through many times and grade it NM. Visual grade also NM.

The laminated cover is shiny, intact, clean, well maintained. No stains. No split.  Dent on one corner and also minor laminate peel on one corner (see photo). A very clean jacket for a 64-year-old album. I graded it NM-.

The record is play graded as well as visually. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws.

My grading is as follows: M (perfectly like new), NM, VG++ (NM-), VG+, VG, VG-, G, G-. You will be satisfied.
