JACKIE McLEAN QUINTET/QUARTET "McLEAN'S SCENE" LP - On New Jazz Records, #NJLP 8212.  Rare Original 1958 MONO pressing with the classic Purple & Silver labels.  The label is Deep Groove on both sides with RVG stamped in the trail-off on both sides.  Thick vinyl, thick laminated cardboard cover.  The personnel:  Jackie McLean/alto sax; Bill Hardman/trumpet; Mal Waldron, Red Garland/piano; Paul Chambers, Arthur Phipps/bass; Arthur Taylor/drums.  The vinyl is in phenomenal M- condition (beautiful gloss)!  The thick laminated cover is in superb M- shape and displays wonderfully: bright and clean with tight seams.  There are NO seam splits, NO bends or creases, NO cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking.  The songs are:  Gone With The Wind; Our Love Is Here To Stay; Mean To Me; McLean's Scene; Old Folks; Outburst.  An incredible copy of a very hard to find LP!
