Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my progressive records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, a very rare 1st German pressing of Jade Warrior – Released on the SWIRL VERTIGO label, cat. no. 6360 062.
The record is in VG condition, there are many non-sounding hairlines and scuffs, some non-sounding marks and on the first part of “Barizinbar” (the second track on side B) is a small sounding mark. I have test played this record and side A sounds VG+++, with only some very light pops between the tracks. As stated earlier, only Barizinbar on side B has a small sounding scratch, the rest plays just like side A. The labels are in VG++ condition, there are a couple spindle marks only.
The cover is in VG++ condition, there is only some slight discolouring just next to the spine on both front and back. There is a tiny piece of sello tape on the front in the middle section just next to the spine and the spine has a couple tiny bald spots. Besides mentioned imperfections, there is no writing, no rips or tears or other damage. Unfortunately the poster is missing.
Although not in a dream Mint condition, this second Jade Warrior album still very presentable and although it looks used, it still plays great. It’s a common known that these older German pressings can take a lot of damage before the sound quality really deteriorates. Also, these first Swirl Vertigo are very scarce nowadays, so this is your chance to obtain an original first pressing of an extremely rare progressive album! A real must have for all Jade Warrior fans or Swirl Vertigo collectors!
