James Brown Original Soundtrack “Black Caesar” 1973 1st Press SEALED Fold Out Cover with ‘Promotion Copy Not For Sale’ sticker affixed on cover under shrink. Polydor PD 6014 Truly stunning Near Mint Cover. See Pictures. Few small shrink tears and one tiny mark on rear top cover. Lower right corner has slight wear / missing shrink. 2 vein / thin crease lines on left middle seem side across from Black Caesar print. Hard to see, hardly noticeable. Full disclosure Jones is my middle name. Strong Near Mint. Thin one inch wavy split line top seem middle. No promo holes / saw cuts. LP presumed Near Mint to Mint. Should be White Promo labels. Don’t see any US versions with promo sticker listed on discogs with standard purple label LP included as is sometimes the case with other James Brown Polydor Promos. No way to know definitely. Because this bag is stone cold sealed just like it’s 1973.
Rare sealed copy with Promo Sticker either way. Fact that sticker was put directly on cover first then sealed lends further credence to record being white label promo.
Will be hyper securely packaged to ensure record remains in current condition during transit. Oversized mailer with whiplash bumpers will be used with filler boards, foam, bubble wrap for maximum safety. Priority Mail shipping with FULL insurance included in purchase price.
