The vinyl is in Mint Condition - it is bright, shiny, clean, no scratches, possibly played once although looks to have not been played at all - I gently put the needle down in a couple of places and it sounds Mint. The label is in Mint Condition - no spindle marks. The cover is in Excellent to better Condition - no creases at the corners, no ringwear other than very slight wear on the lower front cover - there is some agewear marks on the front cover that are horizontal partially across the James section that are light but visible as well as normal agewear, no scotch tape, no split seams other than a thumbnail length split at the bottom opening edge with slight frey at the split - otherwise no split on the spine/top edge/or rest of bottom edge, no handwriting on the label or cover. When you hold this album in your hands, it overshadows any slight marks or flaws that may be there. The raised letters look amazing.
