ITEM DESCRIPTION:   Sealed Funk R&B Promo on Polydor PD 3003 by James Brown from 1971, Cover Sealed with Full shrinkwrap with Promo Sticker, no barcode, front cover is signed on Shrinkwrap with radio station Call Letters in large black marker on the Front Cover by a old Baltimore DJ, probably an event giveaway.
