Up for bids is a great, rare, classic mono Soul/Funk LP by James Brown and His Fabulous Flames called "Shout And Shimmy". King Records. 780. 1962.

ORIGINAL PRESSING ON THE GREY AND SILVER 3" KING LOGO LABELS!

Both labels read "GOOD, GOOD, TWISTIN' WITH JAMES BROWN". Don't worry, it IS the same record, just the 2nd version of the label.

Deep groove pressing.

NOTE:

The grades I use are Mint (rarely used grade), Near Mint, VG+++ (rarely used grade), VG++, VG+, VG, VG Minus,Good+, Good, Fair and Poor.

Cover is in Fair condition. Front and back have wear and marking. Back of cover has some writing on it. Top and bottom are completely split. Spine is still completely intact.

I would rate the record’s condition as Good. Has many marks and audible scratches. Believe it or not, record still sounds great and does not skip on my player! I cannot guarantee it won't on yours.

May make a great gift for any James Brown or Soul fan!
