PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER).  OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.

OFF-THE-CHARTS RARE privately pressed Chicago house Holy Grail on the tiny little Zar Records label (who managed this sole 12" in their nanosecond of a lifespan) from some time in the 1980s with a Radio Mix on the A-side and a Club Mix on the B in the original two-tone sleeve!!!  Vinyl is a STUNNING near mint minus.  Cover is still in the original shrink wrap(!).  Not much is known about James or Zar but suffice to say this one is near impossible to find and has been for quite some time.  Only two copies have EVER come up for auction according to Popsike and that was 11 years ago(!) so don't sleep house collectors.  It will most likely be a lot longer before another one surfaces.  You've been warned.

I USE GOLDMINE GRADING MINT (SEALED)  NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++:  VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF US VG+:  AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG:  STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR:  FILLER COPY ONLY.  LOTS OF SCRATCHES
