First signed to The Beatles' Apple label, gifted American troubadour James Taylor released his eponymous debut in 1969 and delivered "Sweet Baby James" as his Warner Bros. debut the next year. This is the 1970 classic pressed on 180-gram HQ vinyl. Mastered from the original analog tapes by Kevin Gray and Steve Hoffman. Features all original packaging. Highlights include "Fire And Rain", "Country Road", and "Sweet Baby James". Taylor has gone on to garner four Grammys as well as inductions into both the Rock And Roll and Songwriters Hall Of Fame, and in 1998 he was honored with the Billboard Century Award. The vinyl is a 180 gram pressing.
