Original w/l promo/test pressing copy of early punk powerpop new wave single. Jane Aire is a US artist but Belvederes are actually the punk band Edge including Jon Moss of London and Culture Club 

Not sure if same versions, matrix are:

A' VS-296 A-1

B' VS-296 B-1

 a great punk/new wave collectible in very nice condition.
