Janis Joplin --"I Got Dem Ol' KOZMIC BLUES" Again Mama!--CBS English pressing #63546 with an orange label. Featuring Robert Crumb's famous "font print", on the front cover. In the case of this English pressing, "Kozmic Blues" is printed on the cover and is not a sticker like earlier pressings in the USA. This is the debut solo album for Janis, without Big Brother. Though Sam Andrew from Big Brother was recruited by Janis and took part in the development of the album. Janis added a brass and horn section and the sound became true blues and soul. This is a great album and you have to listen to it! If you are familiar with it then you already know. The album took Janis and the crew only 10 days to complete. The vinyl is in VG+ condition and was cleaned using an MK2 Spin Clean record cleaner with distilled water. The cover is still a glossy laminated looking VG+ and has been cared for by previous owners, see pictures. The spine is strong and readable. You will see just a slight crease on the upper front of the cover in the pictures. The original English inner sleeve is included, please see pictures. The record has been placed in a new white generic inner sleeve for protection. ID's are --side one is stamped SBPG 63546-AI and side two is stamped SBPG 63546-BI. If you buy this album please take care of it and when you play it play it LOUD. Thanks!
