The record you are considering is a VERY RARE 1950's LP of JANOS STARKER playing KODALY solo!

LABEL- PERIOD Records, SPL-510, MONO!, the way you should hear a solo performance!

CONDITION:
COVER is a -VG, has light over all wear, mainly back shows. Worst is the water stain 1/4 to 1/3 bottom of back shows less front(dark spots). Open side split 2in. bottom, top 5/8in. Seam has 3&1/2in paper cracks creating flap of paper, bottom 2in. crack. Title middle is fine! Seam! and top open are showing cardboard from wear. Bottom edge is doing well for having wet?
VINYL is a Nice VG (if this was a ROCK record it would be Nice VG++). Visually couple very light hairlines and paper marks. There is a spot toward beginning of last movement, something in vinyl(did not affect play). PLAYS with faint crackle, random ticks and the occasional pop. Personally think PERIOD vinyl must be crap!, but it is from 50's? MUSIC is STRONG!
LABEL is original maroon with silver printing(the photo makes the color look much brighter!).
