Up next is an album that redefined progressive hard rock guitar in a way that very few ever have: JASON BECKER's legendary 1988 album, "PERPETUAL BURN".
This album is a watershed moment in the shredding/metal/progressive guitar community, and at just 18 years old at the time, Jason's fretwork here is extraordinary. (For those of you unfamiliar with this incredible musician's story, check him out online, and be prepared to be moved emotionally...)
This is the ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING of this landmark album, from Mike Varney's boutique label SHRAPNEL, and all these years later, this still holds up, and then some. (P.S.: The right hand corner of the LP was cut away by the record company when the album was sent out for review.)
