Vinyl has never been played, and both it and the sleeve are in near mint condition.

PAYMENTS:

•      Payment is by PayPal only, and is due within 72 hours of auction end. 

If payment is going to be delayed, please contact me to explain the situation. 
Payments not received after 96 hours, and without explanation about the delay, will be relisted, and risk action taken by Ebay, as well as negative feedback.  I try to be as understanding and tolerant as possible because I understand how sometimes Life can get in the way of Ebay.  However, clear communication is vital for both parties.
•      I reserve the right to decline Paypal payment with unverified account or unconfirmed address.

SHIPPING:

      I generally ship within three days of auction end, with exceptions for holidays and Sundays. There may be occasions when shipping is delayed to five days.  If this happens, I will contact you and make you aware of the delay.  

      Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and PR customers -- I can ship by USPS PRIORITY MAIL only.

      S&H (Shipping and Handling charge) represent the actual cost of shipping, packing material, and labor only, and is non-negotiable.

      International Customers (outside USA):

      International orders may be shipped to any country served by the USPS.  Costs vary depending on destination.  All charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Many countries have a Value Added Sales Tax VAT, which is charged when an item crosses into their border.  VAT is charged in addition to applicable duties. It's the buyer's responsibility to know how much tax and duties will be charged. I will not declare your package as a gift.

Caveat:  I use the USPS to ship packages through my Ebay Account.  International buyers should be aware that the value of the item being shipped, as determined by the final auction price, is printed on the label by default.  This can lead to tax and import charges based on the stated value of the item when imported into the buyer's home country. These charges can be considerable, depending on the value of the item being shipped. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. I will not refund any amount based on these charges.  I will not alter any information, or include false information, in order to reduce these charges. Requests for me to do so will be ignored. Negative feedback left as a result of tax charges or import duties will be vigorously countered.  

If you wish to have your item shipped by an alternative method, please contact me immediately after auction is ended.  I will be happy to work with you.  However, please understand that I use Ebay shipping because it is streamlined and is capable of handling the complexities of customs, etc., for me.  Additional handling charges may apply when using shipping methods outside of the USPS.  

Finally, in many countries Customs hold packages for pickup instead of delivering them directly.  Any delays caused by this practice should not be interpreted as increased shipping time on my end.  Once the package enters your country, it is completely out of my control.  Tracking numbers are provided automatically by Ebay, and should be used to follow the progress of a package.  I will not refund shipping fees based on delays caused by the practices of Customs.  

RETURNS:

      Items may be returned within 10 days only if they differ from the items described in the auction. 

       Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges on return items.  

      There is no warranty service, either explicit or implied.

      Every effort is made to describe in detail any flaws in appearance or operation, via text and photographs.

I take all of the pictures personally, and never use stock photos.  Items are shipped in the exact condition as seen in the pictures.  If an item arrives in a condition differing from that represented in the text or pictures, please contact me so that we can determine the cause.

The Brand name / Maker of a watch is always stated clearly in the item description.  Please go over this information very carefully.  I cannot accept returns based on a mis-identification of a Brand on the part of the buyer.    
 

      ''Working'' means that when a battery is installed or a mechanical watch is wound, it operates correctly for a reasonable amount of time. 

      I have neither the expertise nor the equipment to measure the accuracy of a watch. In addition, I give no guarantees regarding the water-tightness of a watch. ANY watch should be tested for water-tightness by a qualified watch-servicer before being exposed to water.   

      For watches with advanced complications or functions such as multi-function digital or analog chronograph watches all functions are assumed to be working if the time function is working, except when a manual is available with the watch. Pusher buttons that fail to affect a change in the function or display will be noted.  

      If a manual is not available, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the correct operation of all functions.  

      Unless otherwise stated in the description, new/working watch batteries are NOT included with watches.

Unless otherwise stated in the description, auctions are for watches only.  Related material such as boxes, manuals, extra straps, links, etc., are not included unless specifically stated as being included in the description.  

      I want all of my customers to know exactly what they are getting and to be satisfied with their purchases. It is my responsibility to describe an item correctly, and the buyer's responsibility to read and understand the description.  

      If you have any problems with an item you purchase from me, please contact me so that I can do all I can to address the issue and correct it to your satisfaction.  Leaving negative feedback without attempting to resolve an issue amicably only affects both parties negatively and slows down any resolution.

I'm a watch lover and collector who shares his home with four cats, one dog, and a girlfriend (not listed in order of importance!).  I love nothing more than digging through boxes and boxes of watches looking for interesting treasures.  When I'm not watch-hunting, I'm reading or writing, taking photographs, woodworking, making jewelry and generally getting into anything and everything that seems interesting.  When I have to interrupt my hobbies to work, I make my living as a graphic artist / layout designer for a small publishing company.  My money goes to watches*, my pets, and my girlfriend - again, not necessarily in that order!

*My girlfriend is the main reason I've begun selling watches.  When my personal collection began taking over whole rooms in our house, she "suggested" that I get rid of some of them.  I weighed my love of watches against my love for her and the look on her face, and, in the interest of self-preservation, agreed.
