You are purchasing what seller suspects is a rarely seen "sealed" original JAWS MOTION PICTURE SOUNDTRACK LP IN STEREO: MCF-2716. This item is listed as "New", as it is sealed and never been played. In seller's opinion, the LP Record is considered to be in Mint (M) condition, as it has not been played or handled. The sleeve presents no noted damage with four nice corners. There are two small splits at the shrink seam on the left side as you look at the cover front. There is a photograph of this. The sleeve is considered Near Mint (NM) to M. This item will be shipped to buyer by USPS Priority Mail at buyer's cost. Payment for this item must be received by seller within seven (7) days of the sale date. Florida residents are subject to state sales tax. As indicated above, this 1975 LP was listed as "New" because it has not been played and is sealed. Thus seller's opinions above regarding the condition of both the LP Record and its Sleeve. However, condition is always in the eyes of the beholder.
