1965 PROMOTIONAL RECORD

this white label promotional 7" record was issued (?governmentally?) in 1965
by the Public Service Program of the Advertising Council
for their Equal Employment Opportunities Campaign
it looks like a 45 but it is microgrooved for play at 33RPM
this copy is stamped 'KWAD' radio(?West Coast?)--otherwise the labels are super clean
it appears to have had little to no handling/play--it may be totally new/unplayed
except when i played it.....
same 'song' on both sides
