JAZZ FOLKWAYS RECORDS-4 VOLUMES THE BLUES, NEW ORLEANS, JAZZ SINGERS & CHICAGO NO. 2 ALL REISSUES, ALL ON FOLKWAYS RECORDS, ALL IN A STRONG VG+ CONDITION. MOSTLY CLEAN VINYL X 4!! So if you ever wanted to delve into the wide, wide world of all things Jazz, then Folkways produced a fantastic overview for that in the mid 50's. These four records are not the complete set but they certainly will give the listener an appreciation to move forward in their exploration of the greatness of American Jazz.
Vol. 2: The Blues-1966 Folkways Records FJ 2802. The record is in an easy VG+ condition, nice and clean, plays well throughout. The cover has mild wear along the edges and a wee bit of aging front and back. The original inner sleeve is intact.
Vol. 3: New Orleans-1966 Folkways Records FJ 2803. The record is in an easy VG+ condition with just a very small very light hairline on each side neither of which hamper play at all, plays well throughout. The insert is unsullied. The cover has moderate wear along the spine and the original inner sleeve has a mouth tear.
Vol. 4: Jazz Singers-1972 Folkways Records FJ 2804. The record is in an easy VG+ condition, nice and clean, plays well throughout. The cover still in shrink wrap and the original inner sleeve are both in excellent shape as well.
Vol. 6: Chicago No. 2-1972 Folkways Records FJ 2806. The record is in an easy VG+ condition, nice and clean, plays well throughout. The cover still in shrink wrap and the original inner sleeve are both in excellent shape as well.
