Original US stereo pressing on the red-orange GNP label. Beautiful-sounding bossa nova/jazz/funk/exotica/pop. Great song: "Johannesburg Blues." Clare Fischer piano, "James" Gordon & "Milton" Holland drums, Plas Johnson flute King Errison congas & many other players. Original U.S. stereo pressing in folding unipack cover on the red-orange grooved GNP label. Nice thick cover & snappy cover art. Rich color reproduction. (Etched matrix #:GNTS 2047A-1A B-11106 ").
COVER - VERY GOOD
Cover is free of ink spills, tape, smudges, bowing, bubbles, cut-out marks, color fading or stickers. Sharp print & nice color. No ring wear or speckling but a small amount of scuffing. Some cat-claw tears & the beginnings of seam splitting along four inches of the spine, away from the spine print. Inside of gatefold looks quite good with no stains or tears. Label is nearly perfect. Beautiful unfaded color tone. No cuts, tears, writing or stickers. Sharp cut well-centered hole with a few faint transparent spindle brushings.
DISC - VERY GOOD PLUS
We give great importance to grading our items accurately. The disc looks quite nice with some "cloud shadows",a few faint scuffs & two or three hairline flecks. Nice reflective sheen on disc surface. Play grading shows this to be a well-centered pressing with the tonearm tracking in a restful stationary position with no up-and-down or side-to-side motion. Record has been stored upright in a climate-controlled environment.
