Rare!

A set of three jazz albums (1 double album, two single albums, 4 tapes in total) in quadraphonic sound on 8-track tape.

1) Don Sebesky : Giant Box . CRT CTQX8 6031/32 (two tapes). Includes Freddy Hubbard, Grover Washington Jr., Airto, George Benson, Milt Jackson, Paul Desmond, Joe Farrell, Hubert Laws, Ron Carter, Bob James, Jackie Cain & Roy Kral, Billy Cobham. Very rare as a quad 8-track.

2) Deodato : Prelude . CRT CTQ8 6021

3) The Brecker Brothers Band : Back to Back . Arista 4061

These albums are all difficult to find on quadraphonic 4-channel 8-track. As anyone who collects quadraphonic music knows, quadraphonic 8-tracks are superior to vinyl as a quad format. Unfortunately, tapes wear out and many open tapes have been abused/left in a hot car/whatever. So you want to find SEALED quad tapes. Of course, that can be very difficult, especially with titles like these.

Well, here's your chance. All quadraphonic. All sealed. What are you waiting for?

The Brecker Brothers tapes has a cutout scratch on the end (see photo above right). The Sebesky and Deodato titles are NOT cutouts.

Item(s) guaranteed as described in this auction, but are otherwise sold as-is. All sales are final. No returns for any reason. As with any 8-track tape, if you are planning on playing this, you may have to replace the roller and/or splice to make the tape playable. 8-tracks are sold strictly as-is with no warranty as to playability.

Buyers can use PayPal (preferred), Money Orders, or Certified Checks. All checks must clear my bank before any item will be shipped. Items over $50 paid for using PayPal will be shipped to a PayPal verified address only unless prior arrangement is made.

Payment is expected to commence within 4 days of the closing of the auction. If it does not, I reserve the right to relist the item and you may be subject to negative feedback.

I reserve the right to cancel bids from bidders with too many negative feedbacks. I reserve the right to cancel the auction in the case of unusual bid retractions or if eBay is down at any time during the final three hours of this auction.
