The Horace Silver Quintet "The Cape Verdean Blues" on Blue Note 4220, an original mono New York USA pressing, VAN GELDER stamp and ear in deadwax.
The vinyl is in glossy VG+/VG condition, well preserved with some superficial scuffs, storage warp DNAP.  The cover is in VG++ condition, no writing, no splits, clean crisp corners, some light edge wear, very well preserved.
