Description

JAZZ  - The New Orleans Wanderers  with Johnny Dodds, Joe Clark, Lil Armstrong and Johnny St Cyr  - Too Tight/Papa Dip on Columbia 735-D, Recorded July 1926 in Chicago. Features a wonderful band in fine form.  Visual condition is "Too Tight"- VG with duller surfaces, some shine and wear  with lam cracks NAP/ "Papa Dip"  -VG to VG+ with some shine and less wear. Plays well with slightly noisier starts (more on Too Tight) but generally reasonably low background noise which settles down quickly to about VG+ and little distortion. This is a very rare and valuable record and worth collecting even in this slightly worn condition.
