Description

J. B. LENIOR

CHECKER 856

E+/E-

TITLES:

  • "Don't Touch My Head ! ! !"
  • I've Been Down So Long

Hot guitar playing Chicago Bluesman J.B. Lenior played with just about everybody who was ever in Chicago through the '40s and '50s.  He was influenced by  and an influence to many of the greatest blues players ever.  Here he is with a small band from 1956.

"A" side of the record is like new and flawless.  Grade this side E+.  "B" side has no marks, but it is apparent that this side has been played. This side looks E-, but plays better. Record looks to have been possibly juked.
