Description

J.C. Bach: the 18 concertos for clavier and orchestra, op.1, 7 & 13. Ingrid Haebler plays pianoforte (hammerklavier). On this recording Ingrid Haebler plays a reconstruction by Neupert of Bamberg of a typical eighteenth century instrument, which was built in 1956 to mark the bicentenary of Mozart’s birth based on examples of contemporary pianofortes. Capella Academica Wien conducted by Eduard Melkus. Superb performance !!! 

Label: Philips 6768 001. The vinyl of these five Dutch stereo LP's is ex to nm. Beautiful complete 5LP box set. Booklet included. RARE !!!
