Description
This is an original vintage hard to find 1958 rockabilly 45 record by J.C. Sawyer titled: "Goin' Steppin'", backed with "Baby Love" by Howard Bingham and the Rockets. It is on Dixie Record label #692, and has black label, with silver lettering. It the dead wax it reads: Dixie Records 45-CP-1391-692-A C (on the A side) the B side ends with B C. This is all hand done. This 45 is very scarce. Condition of the record is very good, and it plays great on both sides with some light background noise. The labels are clean, & have no writing, but there is a very small nick on the center hole that pushed up the paper slightly on the A side, but is still attached. The size of this is 3/16" on side A & 2/16" on side B. There is also a small surface rub on side B just left of the label name that is hardly noticable. It is about 1/4" in diameter. We guarentee this to be an original pressing, and not a repro. This is a very rare & sought after rockabilly 45 record to add to your collection, especially in this decent condition!
