Jean Claude Vannier, Melody Nelson's arranger and composer of the cult concept Lp, L'enfant assasin des mouches did it again with an album enterely dedicated to the great rebel french songwriter George Brassens, with superb instrumental cover versions of such classic as Stances à un cambrioleur or Supplique pour être enterré à la plage de Sète. Pretty well done work from Vannier, for reinterpetation of classic popular guitar only songs into a fantastic wordless music with string arrangements of course, check the soundclip and don't miss it ...
