Up for your consideration here is "Conspiracy" by Jeanne Lee on the Seeds / Earthforms Record label, catalog # SEEDS 5. The LP is VG+ with some sleeve scuffs and may play with occasional light surface noise. But there are no ugly deep scratches....and beneath the light surface marks lies a glossy LP that seems to have been played very infrequently. The cover is VG-/G+ with moderate rubwear and light to moderate ringwear. There is also what appears to be a moisture stain on front at lower left....pretty minor and hard to detect from a few feet away. There is also a seam split at top left...about 4 inches. All of that wear sounds pretty bad, but once it is in it's new plastic outer sleeve, it displays well....and is really a tough record to find in any condition.
