I am listing more of my 95 year old Mother's Antiques and Collectables she has acquired over the last 90 years which have to go now she has sold her house and come to live with us in a recently completed Granny Flat. I have just found my late brother's collection of 1960's-80's LP's which I will be listing over the next few weeks. This is a JEFF WAYNE'S MUSICAL VERSION OF WAR OF THE WORLDS 1978 DOUBLE LP STEREO CBS S-CBS 82671 & 2 WITH MINT BOOKLET. Sorry but I have no way of testing this record as I do not have a turntable and I have no idea about all the many possible variations of Vinyl Records regarding pressings, editions, etc, or how to grade the condition, so I can only describe what I see. All 4 sides look very clean with no visible scratches. The inner sleeve are complete but both have creases. The main sleeve is good apart from some edge rubbing and very slight staining here and there. I will start all these records at 99p with no reserve so please make up your own mind about the rarity or otherwise from my description and scans. Please make sure you read the description carefully and check out the scans before bidding as these for part of my description and what you see in the scans is what you get. Don't miss this one. Payment by PayPal only as the parcel can then be posted within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Cheques and Postal Orders no longer accepted. Collection and payment by cash on collection is welcome, or I can deliver to a reasonable distance for the cost of fuel. Overseas Postage ( BY PAYPAL ONLY ) - £8.50 to £12.75, depending on location, by Royal Mail International Standard Small Parcel. ( Please add £5.00 for Signed For or Tracked Service for parcels over £20.00 in value or should you require that service ). Overseas buyers should wait for an invoice before paying so I can adjust the postage to your area. I will always post immediately after funds have been cleared - same or next day that PayPal payment is confirmed, but personal cheques and PayPal e-cheques take up to 7 working days to clear - and I take great care and pride in packing securely using boxes or padded envelopes with plenty of bubble wrap and polystyrene. In the unlikely event of parcels being damaged, delayed or undelivered I always obtain the correct proof of posting or posting document and will help make a claim on your behalf.
