Description

Absolutely stunningly gorgeous copy of the original 1966 2nd version of the Jefferson Airplane Takes Off LP on RCA stereo LSP-3584. This is the version with 5 songs on side one, and the very rare original banned lyrics, which were overdubbed with new "acceptable" lyrics on all subsequent pressings. This is a very rare edition. And in unbelievable condition. Still in the original shrinkwrap and almost perfectly mint inside and out. The disc is nearly pristine and plays flawlessly and just beautifully. The cover is also nearly pristine, with only a very very slightly bumped corner at the lower right. Barely at all. Really this is essentially a perfect, like-new copy. So so rare to find this version at all, much less in this amazing condition. Impossible to beat.
