JELLYROLL - self titled
A very nice copy (little played) of this 1970 Jellyroll rarity - rock, blues, psych, prog...it's all here on this cracker of an LP for which the little played vinyl and superb stereo audio quality are true highlights.
Year/Label : 1970 UK MCA Label number : MUPS 420 Matrix numbers : GMZ-5-2L, GMZ-6-1L Stampers : 1 G / 1 UExcellent (EX) - most would grade as "excellent plus", I am sure - condition jet black sheen vinyl - with just a few extremely light wispy scuff lines (x3 on side 1 and x1 on side 2) all of which are non-obvious, only really detectable with close inspection under a bright light, purely superficial and do not impinge upon the impressive stereo playback at all. To be more accurate, side 1 is "excellent" and side 2 "excellent plus". Near perfect and iconic MCA "dogbone" labels with just a couple of tiny and extremely faint spindle trails adjacent to the centre hole on each. Clearly, this is a record that has been little played. Front-side laminated very good plus (VG+) condition MacNeill Press outer sleeve. All colours, photos, text and art work remain nicely intact with firm unscuffed edges and a rigid spine with all spine text remaining impressively intact. Each corner remains a well defined right angle with just a little rubbing on each. There are some sporadic surface laminate creases on the front side along with a thin vertical strip of laminate lifting adjacent to the spine, and some mild ring wear on the reverse side - these are minor blemishes which I have nonetheless tried to capture in my photos so do take a good look. Excellent plus (EX+) stereo audio quality with no skips, jumps, repeats, sticks, interference, distortion, clicks or background crackle. Simply put, great tone with crystal clear stereo audio quality throughout and every track a great listen - a real rocker of an album! Comes with poly-lined inner sleeve with no seam splits, tears or edge fraying but there is noticeable creasing towards the corners and the hint of some very minor age discolouration. I will ship the record in a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original. Hard to get and increasingly sought after, this is a very nice UK 1st press copy with truly impressive vinyl and audio quality.
POSTAGE COSTS :

for continental Europe £12 using Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed for,
and for the rest of the world £16 using Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed for.

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
