LP is Capitol (rainbow label) T-2112 (in glorious MONO)
VG++ jacket has semi-glossy lamination on the front, looks great with no obvious shelf-wear; spine and edges intact, and there's no corner wear, only the lower-right corner is a tiny bit frayed.
Bonus disc "pouch" has intact shiny cellophane;
upper-right corner of the jacket AND original innersleeve have PROMO neatly spelled with small punch-holes, see close ups.
