Description
Here's a really good copy of the Grateful Dead's excellent guitarist / vocalist / merry prankster Jerry Garcia's first solo album, 1972's "Garcia". Not stepping too far from the Dead, here he works with lyricist Robert Hunter and Grateful members' Bill Kreutzmann epic drumming, singing and playing every instrument along with Billy's tribal beats. Great album full of concert staples, this LP is SO GOOD, and came out about the same time as Weir's "Ace" and Mickey Harts's "Rolling Thunder" solo LPs. The cover of this copy is still super solid, just a bit of shelf and ring wear, a red "x" front mid-right, clean, but a couple of very small rough spots and bumped corners, a SUPER TINY split at the top opening, and a clean spine, with the writing off the spine and onto the back. This cover has a tight opening and is much better than it sounds, I just like to make sure you know the details. The vinyl, wrapped in the original Warner Bros sleeve, is colorful, clean, shiny, and just a few marks. NO SKIPPING, very very nice vinyl, almost excellent!
