US buyer pays $5.00 for Media Mail (slow, but cheap and reliable) for this very heavy set.Priority Mail or UPS also available.International buyers pay actual shipping cost.No rip off "handling charge" other sellers use to boost their profits. As this is a rather heavy set it also could be shipped via surface (Sea Mail) internationally to save some dough.

This is such a great set I don't know where to begin.Issued by Charly Records in England in the early 1980's this has 12 LP's (in nice condition),a 36 page LP sized booklet,a huge box with track listing on the back and lots more.Plus each LP comes with a different photo on the front and super detailed track listings with a long write up on each song! Here is a breakdown...57 tracks originally released between 1956-1965 by Sun Records Co.60 previously unissued alternate takes,77 tracks here that were released by Sun after it was bought by Shelby Singleton here in real mono instead of fake stereo.7 tracks in raw form that were overdubbed by Sun with vocals and or instruments later.Wow.Super extensive notes by Hank Davis,Colin Escott and Martin Hawkins.
Condition overall is excellent 20 of the 24 sides are Near Mint and the other for have some minor scuffing that seems inaudible. These records were mastered by "Boppin" Bob Jones who is well known as "the man" when it comes to excellent LP sound. These LP's sound great and kill any CD's versions out there.I am going to do a major job and clean all 24 sides on my great VPI machine and that lowers the noise floor down to zero. This is worth the price of the box alone! These machines are fantastic and make a huge improvement in sound quality. The individual LP sleeves are in excellent condition as is the booklet. The only flaws is some wear on the outside of the box mainly some bottom edgewear (not unusual considering the weight). Also,a couple of spots at the top and bottom of the spine has a 3/4" and also a one inch split that could be glued or taped.Overall, the outside of the box is in pretty decent shape but not perfect. It is what is inside that makes this such a special item.If you are a fan of "The Killer" or just love real Rock n Roll you gotta have it.NO RESERVE.
