Three great albums covering Jess Rodens career in the late sixties with the Alan Bown Set.I am selling my Jess collection which covers his whole career so look at my other items If you feel you may be interested. The Alan Bown -The Alan Bown! this is a very rare LP,Jess left around the end of sixty nine and had recorded the vocals for this album ,Alan Bown recruited Robert Palmer and he re-recorded the vocals which were included on the uK release but , for some reason the American release,this copy,has Jess still singing all the tracks,I have both and they are slightly different,only the Robert Palmer version has come out on CD so this is the only place you can here Jess Roden singing these tracks.includes Still as stone,Elope,Perfect Day,Kick me out,Gypsy girl.etc.
