JETHRO TULL Catfish Rising UK LP 1st Press + Bonus 12" Stunning Archive Mint!!
This LP is one of several Jethro Tull LP’s I am currently listing on ebay and the vast majority are in stunning MINT condition. They are true archive examples of these great albums and it would be virtually impossible to find better copies than these anywhere.

JETHRO TULL ~ Catfish Rising UK 1st Pressing 1991 Chrysalis DCHR 1886 A1 B1 matrix complete with bonus 3 track 12” single (and C1 D1 matrix) only available in true 1st pressings.
This is a very rare Jethro Tull LP to obtain on vinyl, and this copy is also a first pressing which has the 3 track 12” featuring “When Jesus Came To Play”; “Sleeping With The Dog” and “White Innocence”.
This copy is in stunning pristine mint condition. This LP is part of a small collection of Tull LP’s where the condition is quite simply outstanding. It is rare that I can say “this LP is as good as the day it left the factory” – but in this instance it is true!!!
Overall condition: MINT
Sleeve: MINT
The outer sleeve is in fantastic mint condition. All edges are razor sharp and unworn, corners are unworn, the front and back covers have no marks, creases or damage of any consequence whatsoever. Any wear which may be visible under extreme close scrutiny is almost imperceptible and extremely minor. Truly fantastic copy
Lyric Insert / Inner Sleeve: MINT
The LP is housed in a lyric inner sleeve that is in MINT condition and totally unmarked.
The 12” Single in housed in a generic white poly lined sleeve made by DRG and date coded 3/91. It is also MINT
Vinyl: (LP) MINT; (12” Bonus) MINT
Both the LP and 12” vinyl are in pristine mint condition. The records have probably had a maximum of 1 or 2 plays. It is extremely difficult to make out any feint hairlines or other marks, in every way it is in immaculate condition.

Side A: DCHR 1886 A-1U-1-1 the word “TRANSFORMATION” is also etched into the dead wax.
Side B: DCHR 1886 B-1U-1-1
12” Bonus:
Side A: DCHR 1886 C-1U-1-1 the word “TRANSFORMATION” is also etched into the dead wax.
Side B DCHR 1886 D-1U-1-1
I inspect all records under a very bright halogen lamp that reveals all marks and wear and I make my grading based only on what is visible under these conditions.
Labels: MINT
All labels to both records are in mint condition. I can see one extremely light spindle mark on the LP which is barely visible even under halogen light. The labels are both clean and unmarked
Other Tull LP’s for auction:
This LP has come from the private collection of an individual who has cared for these records incredibly well and most have hardly been played at all!
They are about the best condition LP’s from the 1970’s; 80’s and 90’s that I have ever come across and include mainly original first pressings plus a few later re-pressings.

All records have been placed in a separate poly lined inner and stored flat outside the sleeve and then placed sealed in a re-sealable polythene outer prior to shipping. Records are then placed between square cardboard sheets before packaging into cruciform mailers especially designed for LP’s
