JETHRO TULL - STAND UP - 1969 CANADIAN LP - NEW/MINT
This is another pearl of my collection: An extremely rare and new/mint Canadian LP release of Jethro Tull's 1969 album "Stand Up"; Tracks: Side 1: A New Day Yesterday (04:08); Jeffrey Goes To Leicester Square (02:03); Bourée (03:45); Back To The Family (03:45); Look Into The Sun (04:18); Side 2: Nothing Is Easy (04:20); Fat Man (02:48); We Used To Know (03:55); Reasons For Waiting (04:00); For A Thousand Mothers (04:12).
This LP was released in Canada in 1969 on the Reprise Records (brown steamboat) label, catalogue number RS 6360, manufactured and distributed by WEA Music of Canada Ltd. The record goes in a white paper inner sleeve with plastic protection on the inside and with centre cut-out on both sides, and goes in the well-known gatefold outer sleeve made of thick solid cardboard. The pop-up figures do not appear, they are printed in the middle of the centre spread (see picture). The entire centre spread is in black & white, rarely seen.
The record is in brand new and unplayed condition; it has only been taken out of its sleeve to take the picture. The same accounts for the inner and outer sleeves; no damage at all; there is no tear or wear, no writing, no stains, no nicks, etc. It is an immaculate beauty!!
An extremely rare Canadian LP release of "Stand Up" in brand new and unplayed condition; a must have for your Jethro Tull collection because you won't find another one like this!!
