JETHRO TULL, ‘THIS WAS’, AN ORIGINAL 1968 UK PINK WITH BLACK AND ORANGE LOGO ISLAND RECORD LABEL **MONO** LP IN A **MONO** PRINTED LAMINATED WIDE SPINE GATEFOLD SLEEVE –LPS-985.
This is the scarce and very rare 1968 mono UK Debut Album Release from Jethro Tull.
The LP is on the rare Textured Pink *ISLAND* Record Labels, with circled P date 1968.
Both record labels are in Near Mint condition, super clean record labels with signs of just a few plays on each label.
The album plays without major faults through all the tracks with just mild background crackle.
The machine stampers, side1, ILP + 985+A, side2, ILP + 985+ B.
Both sides of the heavyweight quality vinyl disc are in very nice Excellent condition, super clean glossy vinyl surfaces with just a few light surface hairline scratches.
The LP comes in a plain white die-cut inner record bag.
And is housed in it’s original front and back laminated Wide Spine Gatefold internal flipback Picture Sleeve which is in beautiful Excellent condition. This sleeve is undamaged showing mild signs of record storage to the reverse. All edges, the Wider Spine edge and the inner gatefold part of the sleeve are undamaged, the internal flipbacks are in perfect condition.
A really great example of this collectable UK first debut album release from Jethro Tull.
