The earliest textured gatefold cover is in NEAR MINT CONDITION, superb, see the pictures; the custom inner sleeve is present too an has one large piece of tape used, see pictures.
The disc too is in NEAR MINT CONDITION and looks BARELY PLAYED, ABSOLUTELY STUNNING
