Description
This listing is for a copy of the 7-inch EP Blatant Localism by Jodie Foster's Army. This copy is a repress from 1982 (I believe) with large center hole and printed glossy sleeve.
I am the original purchaser. This had been played very few times, and only on decent turntables. It has been stored upright next to other 7-inch records.
Matrix/runout side A: PLA-101
Matrix/runout side B: PLA-102
Cover is a glossy white magazine-quality paper, folded over and with a 1-5/8" pocket along the bottom (see the photo). Insert is a folded over 8.5x11" sheet with printing on one side only. Inner sleeve is standard.
Unfortunately I wrote on the inside of the cover (see photos) and my initials are on side A of the record. At least you will always know when and where I bought it and how much I paid for it. Think of it as history and character.
Cover: vg - Some wrinkling from being handled and stored. It seems cover has yellowed a bit over time, but it also seems uniform, so who knows. I can see two tiny brown spots on the front near the top center and one spot near bottom center. Also what looks like an ink rub where an adjacent record pressed against the cover.
Vinyl: nm - Looks and sounds like new :)
Insert: nm - Looks like new.
inner sleeve: vg - Has yellowed a bit but no tears or holes and the glue is holding up.
Record will be shipped with a brand new poly bag, in a cardboard mailer designed for 7-inch records with a cardboard insert for extra stiffness and padding. Thanks for looking!
