Description
JIGSAW Letherslade Farm RARE 1970 PHILIPS VINYL LP CATALOGUE NUMBER 6308033. Matrices 1Y-1 & 2Y-1. SIDE 1 IS NEAR MINT & ONLY A FEW BARELY AUDIBLE CLICKS CAN BE HEARD AT THE START. SIDE 2 IS VERY GOOD CONDITION & WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE BEEN Nr MINT HAD I NOT LET MY TONEARM DROP MAKING 3 SHORT SCRATCHES THAT CAUSE 6 OR 7 CLICKS MOSTLY ON THE TALKING INTERVALS. THIS VINYL 1ST PRESSING COMES WITH AN EXTREMELY RARE SET OF 1. SIGNED INNER SLEEVE FROM THE BAND MEMBERS. 2. A BAND MEMBERS SIGNED PHOTO PRINT & 3. AN UNSIGNED PROMO PHOTO PRINT. THERE IS ALSO AN IMPRESSION OF SIGNATURES OF TWO OF THE BAND MEMBERS ON THE REAR OF THE SLEEVE WHERE THE BAND WERE AUTOGRAPHING FOR OTHER FANS USING THE SLEEVE AS A SURFACE TO SIGN OTHER MEMORABILIA ON (SEE PHOTOS)
I HAVE SEARCHED FOR OTHER COPIES THAT MAY HAVE COME WITH THESE AUTOGRAPHED INNERS BUT HAVE FOUND NONE WHICH MAKES THIS WHOLE SET OF RECORD, SLEEVE AND INNERS INCREDIBLY RARE! Condition is "Used". Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for.
The sleeve is in excellent condition and fully laminated with less than moderate wear for it’s age.

This album is a must for any Jigsaw / Prog fan.
It is similar to the stuff that the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band were playing at the same time with comedy conversation intervals between progressive/Psych rock tracks delivered very proficiently.
