Description

Tonight I am listing a unique group of experimental rock, avant garde drone, electronic LPs from the 1980s and 1990s. Jim Collins and the High Mass/ s-t. Prosper Records. Orig. US late 1990s? pressing. Cover is NM; LP is EX with a few sleeve lines. Legendary obscurity--there are entire websites devoted to this LP and related albums. Some kind of strange pastiche of acid folk, Christian psych, krautrock drone, all mixed magically together. The whole thing may be a kind of esoteric send-up (e.g. the cover art is a reinterpretation of the second Forest album on UK Harvest), but it is also very compelling. Supposedly a limited pressing of 200-500 copies. Who the heck knows.
