All up a great item and a must for the serious collector.

*RECORD:,Side 1 is in v/g+ / near mint condition (has just some minor surface marks).
*RECORD:,Side 2 is in near mint condition (has just some minor surface marks also).
*RECORD LABELS:,Side 1 & 2 are in immaculate condition,
both sides have no centre spindle marks.
*COVER; Is in very good condition with just the exception
of some minor edge creases and tiny edge frays along with some feint print wear, feint ring print wear also there 2 tiny bottom seam splits along with small spine splits...
*However these flaws a barely noteworthy and do not detract greatly to what is a nice item and a magnificent original 60's survivor!! Now 48 years old!. (see actual photo scan for more details)
