PEMBROKE, JIM & BLUES SECTION: Semi-Circle Solitude/Cherry Cup-Cake Twist (Love Records LRS 1014, FINLAND 1968) Fab-tastic 45 by this Finnish 60's group incl. British expat Jim Pembroke. "Semi-Circle Solitude" is a stunning psych ballad and arguably Blues Section's finest moment with Dylan-inspired lyrics reflecting the vulnerability of one caught in the turbulent changing times of the late 60's. Record is in great shape, but has writing on the labels. Comes with the original Love Records die-cut label sleeve. Like most of the good Finnish 60's 45's this was only pressed in very small quantities and is therefor SUPER RARE nowadays! Strict grading. Record(/Sleeve) = EX (wol)

I use the standard grading system, so M (mint), EX (excellent), VG (very good), G (good) etc. +(+)/-(-) = slightly better/worse then... Some Abbreviations that I use: wo(b)c = writing on (back)cover; wol = writing on label; toc/tol = tape on cover/label; rw = ringwear; soc/sol = sticker on cover/label; nc = no center; co(h) = cut out (hole).
